PDX Power Yoga is bringing Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga to Northeast Portland this fall!  As part of the Willamette Valley Power Yoga community, we exist to create and support extraordinary yoga communities designed to give you access to a lifetime of power and purpose. Saturdays & Sundays 8am-8pm


This course also includes participation in The Baptiste Foundation Unbreakable program and weekly Zoom meetings throughout the program.
Our weekends will take place at WVPY Corvallis and PDX Power Yoga and Sisters, Oregon.

Delivering a Fresh JIP Experience, Every Class: Vinyasa Sequencing, Progressions, Music and Assists  
What Goes Where and Why: Applied Anatomy, True North Alignment and Modifications for Student Wellbeing
Asana & Feedback: Coach and Train Teachers
Sthira Sukha: A Look at Power and Alternative Yoga Styles
Something to Say: Teaching Vulnerability and Weaving in Ancient Philosophy in a Modern Class

INQUIRY
Teaching The Work: Develop Content and Workshops
Lead from Listening: Leading Powerful Inquiry
Solid Choices: Making Decisions as an Energy Creator
Personal Practice and Studentship: Building Your Skills, Refining Your Personal Brand, and Participating in Life Full On

MEDITATION
Get Still: Building and Leading an Accessible Meditation Practice
After the High: Tools to Live Powerfully After Training

Time Outside Of Training Weekends Will/Can Include:

  • Certain Baptiste Yoga Programs

  • Assisting WVPY Trainings

  • Practicing Alternative Yoga Styles

  • Attending Trainings/Workshops

  • Group Activities/Small Group Work

  • Webinars

  • Written Assignments

  • Zoom Video Meetings (our first alignment call will be in December, 2019. Expect 1 all group call between each training weekend and weekly small group calls)

  • 1-on-1 mentoring

  • Elective studies (with prior approval)

This is a Yoga Alliance accredited training.
100% attendance is mandatory and necessary to complete the training and grant certification
